About the Kentish Garden Club
Since the club was formed over 30 years ago, members have met on a monthly basis. The club brings together people who share a passion for plants and gardening. Members come from all over the area, including Sheffield, Barrington, Railton, Paradise and Nook. The area is known for having some of the most fertile ground in the state, as well as reliable rainfall making it a fabulous place to indulge a passion for gardening. However, freezing temperatures in winter combined with heavy frosts and, in some areas, snow, add to the challenge of creating a thriving garden that can tolerate some of these extreme conditions. We would welcome any new members who have an interest in gardens or horticulture, regardless of your level of experience. For more information about our meetings and events, please click here. |
